Exchange and Returns Policy

At Moti Dhaage, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with any product you order from us. If the product you have ordered from us is damaged, defective, or different from what you had ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of the delivery.

We will not be able to accept damaged/defective, wrong product shipped if we have been notified later than 48 hours from receipt of the package.

REPLACEMENT FOR SIZE PROBLEMS
We are committed to ensuring that you receive the size as requested. We follow the EUR size chart.In the event that you have a sizing issue with the pair received, you may contact us to return the product but the product needs to be unused, and in the same condition as you received it. You can notify us within 48 hours of the receipt of the product via phone or email for a replacement.

Post the return reaches to us and after the Quality check the exchange will be sent to your address.

In case of unavailability of replacement, we would refund the amount of the order as per our refund policy.

In the event that a second refund or replacement is necessary, the cost of both forward and reverse shipping will be deducted from the final refund value.

DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE

In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in a good condition, is damaged/ defective or if the product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the unused product in the same condition that you received.

Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner

Steps to follow when placing a Return Request

  • Make a video of the damaged/defective product and share it with us via email or on whats app.
  • Place the item in the original packet.
  • Ensure the item is unused, unwashed and has all original Price tag/sticker.
  • Ensure the item is properly packaged and courier it back to our address MotiDhaage, opp. Soni Laboratory, Near Verma Coal Depot, Birla Rd Malout, Punjab - 152107

REFUNDS

We will process the refund once we receive the returned product in its original/ intact condition.
Refunds will be made in original mode of payment

Typically all refunds are processed in about 7 working days, and if it’s NOT processed in this period please email us at motidhaage@gmail.com with your name, phone number and order number.

Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the cardholder's credit card/ debit card account as that is managed by the cardholder's issuing bank. In case of any delay, it shall be up to the customer to take it up with their respective credit card/ debit card bank.
